Current subscription rates by vehicle category are published on the Platform and the TruRout website and may be updated from time to time. TruRout does not take any commission from trip fares.
- Driver subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the applicable refund schedule.
- A Driver whose subscription has lapsed is automatically taken offline and will not receive trip assignments until a new subscription is activated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by TruRout's own gross negligence or fraud.
