Send it across town. Track it all the way.
Documents, gifts, shop orders — book a TruParcel courier in the TruRout app. Every handover is confirmed with a code, and you can follow your parcel live.
Three steps, from door to door.
Book in the app
Open the TruRout app, choose TruParcel, enter the pickup and drop-off addresses with the receiver's details, and choose card or cash.
A courier picks it up
A nearby TruRout courier collects the parcel. You give them the pickup code, so it's only handed over to your courier.
Delivered and confirmed
The receiver gives the courier the delivery code. If you asked for one, the courier also takes a photo of the parcel at drop-off.
Built for peace of mind.
Live tracking
Follow your courier on the map from pickup to drop-off, and share a tracking link with the receiver.
Pickup and delivery codes
Each handover is confirmed with a one-time code, so your parcel only changes hands with the right person.
Proof photos
Ask for a photo of the parcel at pickup and at drop-off when you book.
Several drop-offs
Send to more than one address in a single booking.
Chat with your courier
Message your courier in the app. Your courier can call the receiver if they need directions.
Card or cash
Pay by card in the app or in cash to your courier. You see the price before you confirm.
TruParcel questions
TruParcel is TruRout's parcel delivery service. You book a courier in the TruRout app to pick up a parcel and deliver it to one or more addresses.
No. The receiver only needs the delivery code to give the courier at drop-off. You can also share a tracking link with them.
When the courier arrives, they ask for a one-time code: the pickup code from you and the delivery code from the receiver. The handover is only confirmed once the right code is entered.
Everyday items a courier can carry safely, such as documents, small packages and gifts. Illegal, dangerous or prohibited items can't be sent. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
